I don't monitor myself when I go out to eat (which is pretty often) so I usually try to cook "healthy" at home to make up for it. But brown rice and whole grain pasta get boring really quickly (I don't do salads & must.have.carbs) so I decided to give myself a break once a week.

Orzo stuffed bell peppers with zucchini, tomatoes, mint and basil. The filling alone was addicting.

I'm thinking of making this a weekly installment on this here blog as to hold myself to my "promise".
