After 10 months, I finally decided to import the pictures from my iPhone to my computer.

This is part one of many.

Le Bouchon du Grove

Everytime I've yelped (yelp is a verb, ya know) "brunch" spots in Miami, Le Bouchon du Grove is always at the top of the highest rated list. I always ignored it because I had it in my head that it was a mission to get to. Of course, it's not. I just like to complicate things.

I've passed it about a thousand times in all my years going to Coconut Grove and always thought it was très charming. The french doors open out to the sidewalk and it's great for Sunday early afternoon people walking their dogs & biking watching.

The waiters actually speak French, they offer raspberry pancakes (yum) and serve warm french bread with jam. Jam, where have you been all my life?

Hello, Lover

I had given up hope on finding these Miu Miu knockoffs from Forever21 since they would immediately sell out online despite being constantly restocked.

When I came across some size 7's in the mall this weekend, I immediately hooked them around my arm and may have given a small squeal of victory. So what if they're half a size too big and I can slip my feet out of them even with the ankle strap secured. I love.love.love the block heel and crazy pattern.

I also love that both women and men break their necks to get a second look at them...even if they're thinking "God damn, those are some ugly ass shoes".

Baking with Bat

I helped my dear friend, Angeliki Pop, bake some cupcakes last weekend.

Vanilla cinnamon cake stuffed with apples & topped with caramel cream cheese frosting!

Good thing there was only one "taste tester" left for each of us. I would have torn these suckers up.

FESTIVE

So a' course with the new season officially in place, I took the opportunity to go out and buy pumpkins and gourds to get my apartment in the spirit of things and hey, why not make a really fattening & comforting meal, too. I need to pack on the pounds to help keep myself warm in these frigid 80° temperatures.

Speaking of hot shit, have you heard Kanye West's new singles? He's an egotistical douchenozzle but man, his music lives up to his constant and shameless self-adoration.

All the singles are currently on replay. That along with the leftover mac and cheese in my fridge are making this week quite delicious.

Drake: The Light Dreams & Nightmares Tour

The night consisted of chanting "Free Weezy" and an overwhelming scent of weed and fried chicken wafting through the air.

I must've had a case of second-hand smoke induced munchies 'cause all I really wanted was for someone to pass me a chicken wing.

Here's Drizzy Drake performing one of my favorite songs off the Thank Me Later album, The Resistance.

Autumn Weekend Trips

Can you tell I haven't been shopping in like, fooooreveeer? I mean, I still want oxfords. They're like soooo last year.

I'm going up north to NY in about two weeks and Boston at the end of October for my cousins wedding so I'm thinking it's time my wardrobe get a much needed update.

I don't feel like linking but everything is from either Zara, Urban, F21 or Steve Madden.

Happy 1st day of Autumn!
